About Us

Background

The unites States of America USA is known for opportunities, better living, better education, and affordable quality healthcare. It has been attractive, especially for Africans and some people in parts of Asia.

These are the major socio-economic factors that drive people and define a good life. Nearly 70,000 foreigners arrive in the United States every day according to US population statics. The average American moves 11.7 times in their lifetime. According to new Census data, nearly 28 million people — or 8.4% of all Americans — moved to the United States in 2021.

Foreign-born Africans come from all over the continent, but the largest countries of origin for African immigrants are Nigeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, Ghana, and Kenya. These five countries accounted for half of the foreign-born African population in the U.S. on 2015.14 Feb 2017. Areas such as Washington DC, New York, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Boston, Columbus, and Minneapolis have heavy concentrations of African immigrant populations.

Texas has the largest Black population with over 3.9 million. State by state, the highest number of Black Americans could be found in Texas (3.96 million), Florida (3.70 million), Georgia (3.54 million), New York (3.53 million), and California (2.83 million).

With this level of increase in the population and the hard economic times and the regulations by the government, so many Africans have been unable to stand strong and most have ended up in the streets or are facing deportation by the government. It is because of this that this organization has found it necessary to offer psychological and social support.

What People Are Saying About Us!

"I will forever be grateful for the support that Infinite Hope gave me. After losing my job as a waitress in a local restaurant in Maryland. I had no one to run to for help especially from the fact that I am an immigrant from Kenya. I was provided with short-term accommodation and other basic needs. I found a new job and will always appreciate your efforts. "
- Peter Kiwanuka
"I came to the United States full of hope that I was going to achieve my ‘American Dream’ however, somewhere along the line I was retrenched, became bankrupt, and was at risk of becoming homeless. Thank God… I was referred to Francis from Infinite Hope International who helped me relocate back to my home country and start a new life. You guys are the best."
- Maurine Isinya
"Infinite hope International played an influential role in settling one of my relatives who had gone abroad (America) but encountered unconducive working environment that led to job loss. Consequently, he became depressed, alcoholic, and was on the verge of becoming homeless. However, Mr. Hiram from infinite hope came to his rescue. He relocated back to Kenya and is now working with a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)."
